The SEL Badge (Foundations K–2) celebrates building empathy, self-awareness, and positive relationships. Designed in our Purple Desert theme, this embroidered badge features a heart icon with cactus silhouettes set against purple sands and turquoise skies, representing care, growth, and connection.

What It Represents

• Skill Growth- Introduction to identifying emotions, practicing kindness, and learning how to work with others.

• Student Progression- Serves as the first step toward higher-level SEL achievements (Applied 3–6, Bridge 7–12).

Foundations Level (K–2)

• Playful, bold curriculum with bright, supportive visuals.

• Focused on core SEL skills - recognizing feelings, understanding respect, practicing self-control, and learning cooperation.
